Who we are
Framingham Porta Pros started as a two-person operation handling weekend events. Today we're the largest local sanitation rental company, with a yard in Framingham and enough equipment to handle construction sites, weddings, festivals and emergencies without outsourcing. Every unit is inspected before delivery. We service accounts in Ashland, Natick, Sudbury, Marlborough and Waltham as well as throughout Framingham. When you call us you talk to the owner, not a call center. Our dispatch team knows your job site because we've worked it before or our neighbors have.
We rent standard porta potties at daily, weekly and monthly rates, plus deluxe flushable models, ADA accessible units and restroom trailers for events that need more than portable toilets can deliver. Septic pumping accounts are our fastest-growing service because homeowners in Framingham and the towns nearby understand that residential septic tanks need attention every 3 to 5 years. We also pump grease traps and holding tanks on short notice.
Our equipment and service standard
A standard portable toilet holds 60 to 70 gallons and measures roughly 44 by 48 inches on the ground. We clean and service all units on a weekly basis as the industry baseline under ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, and we charge a separate service fee if you need more frequent stops. Our roll-off dumpsters range from 10 to 40 yards, and we haul away construction debris, remodeling waste and demolition material under the rules in OSHA 1926.252 for proper disposal. Temporary fencing conforms to OSHA 1926.202 and ANSI D6.1 for job site safety. Every handwashing station includes soap and towels to meet 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2) on general industry sites.
We deliver to job sites within 60 feet of straight truck access. If your site has tighter clearance, we bring smaller units or place them by hand. Placement in the public right of way needs confirming with the city before we set a unit there. We don't guess on local rules; we ask first.

Why Framingham Porta Pros
We price fairly because we're not managing franchises or paying corporate overhead. If a unit fails inspection the day before delivery, we rent you a replacement at no charge. Our office takes calls seven days a week. We know Framingham's permit process because we work with the city constantly, and we answer questions about OSHA portable toilet requirements for construction crews who need to calculate how many units they need.
Framingham Porta Pros also rents storage containers for seasonal inventory and emergency porta potties when sewage backups or water main breaks leave homes and businesses without working restrooms. We've handled disaster relief calls, film set rentals, county fair setups and wedding receptions. Whatever your situation, our goal is to show up on time with clean equipment and solve your problem the same day.
How fast can you deliver?
Same day on most weekday calls in Framingham. Weekend and evening requests go on the schedule if we have availability, usually within 24 hours. Call and ask; we'll tell you straight.
Do I need a permit?
Placement in Framingham's public right of way requires confirmation with the city. If your unit sits on private property, you're clear. We handle the details on larger projects.
What's included in weekly service?
Full tank pump-out, exterior wash, toilet paper, hand sanitizer refill and seat cover replacement. We visit once a week on standard accounts. Add-on service visits cost extra.
Can you handle a construction site with 80 workers?
Yes. OSHA 1926.51(c)(1) requires one toilet seat and one urinal per 40 workers up to 200 employees. We'd place two standard units or one restroom trailer on your site.
How do I know if my septic tank needs pumping?
Slow drains, wet spots in the yard or sewage backup are warning signs. Most residential tanks pump every 3 to 5 years by size and household use. Call us for an inspection.
